Upon receiving such Personal Data, the Organizer acts as an independent controller of Personal Data and is solely responsible for its processing in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

Provision of Personal Data is voluntary. However, failure to provide certain required information may prevent Us from responding to Your inquiry or establishing effective communication.

Personal Data is processed strictly for the purposes of handling your request, maintaining communication, providing information about Our services, and facilitating potential business cooperation.

Ticket Purchase and Transaction Data

When You purchase Tickets on the Unow Site, we collect specific information necessary to complete the transaction and deliver your Tickets.

Full Name – for the issuance of electronic Tickets and to identify the holder at the Event venue.
Email Address – to deliver Your electronic Tickets, send order confirmations, and provide critical updates regarding the Event (e.g., changes in time, venue, or cancellations).
Phone Number – to contact You regarding urgent matters related to Your purchase or the Event.

The primary legal basis for processing this data is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). Without this information, we cannot process Your payment or deliver the Tickets you have purchased.

For the purpose of Event administration, Your name may be included in the attendance list provided to the Organizer or the venue security to facilitate entry.

Newsletter and Marketing Communications

If You subscribe to the newsletter on Unow Site, Your email address will be processed for the purpose of sending informational and marketing communications. Such communications may include: Announcements of new Events, tours, and concert dates; “Early-bird” access codes or special ticket offers; News and updates about the Unow Services and our partners.

Marketing communications are sent solely on the basis of Your prior, freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You have the right to withdraw Your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to such withdrawal. You may unsubscribe:

by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in each marketing email; or

d. Payment data

When You purchase Tickets on the Unow Site, payment is processed through our third-party payment service provider — Stripe.

Sensitive payment information, including card numbers, expiration dates, and CVC/CVV codes, is processed exclusively by Stripe via a secure and encrypted connection. Unow does not collect, store, or have access to Your full credit or debit card details.

Stripe acts as an independent controller of Personal Data regarding payment processing and handles such data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

We may receive limited, non-sensitive transaction-related information from Stripe, including:

Payment identifier;
Payment status;
Transaction date and amount;
The last four digits of the card and the card type (for identification purposes);
Payment confirmation.

This information is processed solely for the purposes of confirming Your order, issuing Your Tickets, maintaining accounting and financial records, and complying with applicable tax and legal obligations (including refund processing).

Payment is initiated at Your own discretion after You have reviewed the price and conditions of the Tickets. By initiating payment, You confirm Your informed and explicit intention to purchase the selected services.

We do not knowingly collect or process payment data of minors. All transactions must be performed by individuals who have reached the age of majority.

If You want Us to delete the Personal Data We have collected about You, You can submit a request for deletion using the contact information provided in this Policy. We will delete Your Personal Data from our databases within 30 business days of receiving Your request.

Information relating to Ticket purchases, payments, refunds, invoices, and other transaction records may be retained for the period required under applicable tax, accounting, financial, and other legal obligations. If You have subscribed to our newsletter, we retain Your data until You withdraw Your consent by unsubscribing.
